DX10 support for Lord of the Rings Online

It has been quite a while since I've seen anything mentioned about DX10 support for Lord of the Rings Online. The improvement in graphical quality is really worthwhile, and I hate giving it up, but then I hate losing in-game Xfire functionality too. Is there any chance Xfire can be updated with support for DX10 in Lord of the Rings Online? Thanks in advance.

    Hello phileosophos,

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but we have revisited DX10 support for Lord of the Rings Online and have determined that there's nothing we can do at this time to get Xfire in Game support to work for it.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks for giving it a look. I guess I have to switch from Xfire to PlayXpert once they release their x64 bit version. I hate to, but I can't live without the in-game browser and the lack of DX10 support is painful.

RE: DX10 support for Lord of the Rings Online

"While we continue to test DX10/11 games, we are only supporting the renderer in the following games for this release: World of Warcraft, The Lord of the Rings Online, and Dragon Age II. We will be releasing weekly game support updates to add DirectX capabilities with a larger number of games. "

In lotro xf ingame still not working.. :|
