Saints Row 2

Saints Row 2 is not in my list of supported xfire games ,i installed the game ,and when it didnt detect it i tried to manually add it ,but its simply not in the list..

i double checked on the xfire website and it deff says the game is supported.

This game was supported in a Game Update.

If you had recently installed Xfire or were unable to get downloads for some reason you may not have the latest game support.

Try this:

Run Xfire.

Go to this link: http://www.xfire.com/downloads/3359/

Click Download Now.

Are you able to download the Game Update?

Once the Game Update finishes downloading, check your Tools | Launch menu and see if Saints Row 2 is auto-detected.

I am having this issue also, it appears xfire is only letting you add the steam version of Saints Row 2? Is there a fix for this like something in command line or something we need to wait for?

That just means you pirated the Steam version of the game. All you have to do is add some dude folders and exes. Where the "*" is, simply make a folder such as adad@ada.com. It just has to be in the e-mail format.

I went through this with games like Audiosurf, Half-Life 2 and Portal.
