XFIRE creating audio fuzz

XFIRE creating audio fuzz when i encode my custom made gameplay in Sony Vegas Pro 9.

My question is....after a bit googling i found out i can upload montage cliips on xfire (that is edited videos)

So when i put it in xfire encoder, my videos are pretty much medium quality cause of that mp4 format...not that i'm mad...but audio is pretty much ****ed up.
-------------> When I say ****ed I mean all you can hear is ssshhshshsh...
