No Xfire ingame with RAGE!

Guys this is my first post, I'm sorry if this has been covered before. I did search, but found nothing.

I'm playing rage on it's highest settings (Except for GPU Transcoding). But i can't get Xfire ingame working. Usually when this happens, switching to an older version of DirectX for the games fixes it. But as rage uses openGL, Could someone kindly give me some ideas on how to get it working?

*Edit* Turns out Xfire ingame is working. There is just no overlay. So can anybody help me get the overlay working then?

We're aware of the issue. When we tried adding XIG to the game, we were unable to get it to properly hook into the game. We decided to release support for this game with XIG support regardless of the fact that it didn't display so people could still take screenshots & videos.

Thanks for the clarification. I can live with no overlay. It just makes recoding videos a bit hit and miss sometimes thanks for your help
