    Game Detection Problem

I've checked the forum, asked my friends, and i can't seem to find a solution to this problem, my Xfire has stopped detecting games entirely, tried relogging, detecting games, nothing worked, anyone having a similar problem or know how to fix this?

Sounds like your xfire_games.ini file got corrupted somehow its the file xfire uses to detect supported games.

Open a chat window with someone and type /forceupdate then restart Xfire. They won't see the message, but Xfire will update/reinstall its latest version. I had a similar problem because the beta wasn't automatically updating itself when it should have been.

you can open one by going to chat rooms and opening a chat room without starting one with a friend, Chat Room > Create Chat Room.

You actually don't need to open a chat window with anyone just open one up and type that and hit enter then restart the client for the update to download and then install.
    What? lol
