problems with cod2

ive been playing for several years now but last 2 years after a year break i noticed cod2 is full of cheaters and hackers. I am playing mostly tdm and dm maps, especially the Phk maps.

Let me describe what is happening. This is all i see during the game.


Player is walking towards me and i hit him in the chest. Player wont die and shoots back. I could miss him so i try again. AT several occasions with same situation (walking towards me i hit him full and keeps on walking. This happens with one hit kill map.

I use sniper and point on somebody´s head. I shoot and enemy wont die. I cannot be more precise than this shot. Second shot is a kill when enemy is not moving, sometimes 3d shot is fatal.

You could say that can happen in game, due to ping and so, but it happens to the same players over and over again. When those players are not online, the game is perfectly normal!

Again, i dont make this up, i see it all the time during the game.

Ofcourse i emailed the admin of PHk but he cannot give me an explanation, what i understand, cause otherwise he would explain it to his own clanmembers. I emailed him and asked him during the game but he is not able to reply the email. Waiting for almost a year for an answer/explanation.

Can somebody explain to me what i have to adjust?????
