Leaving message to offline friends

Hello,
I wish it was possible to leave message to offline people to my Xfire contacts because a lot of them havn't the same play times and I only contact them with xfire, so it would be very useful. Sorry if it already exists.

I too would like to see this implemented. I mean sure you can always pm the person, but how often does that average person check their pms on this site? I certainly don't very often. I think it would nice if they could either update the private messaging scheme on here (with a better notification system), or make it so one can send an offline message to someone. Heck, it would be nice to see them both updated. It could be made so that the offline message pops up when the user logs back on the next time. Sorta like AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) does. It could also be made an optional feature for those who don't wish to be annoyed by an offline chat window popping up as soon as they log on.

AIM has had this feature for several years. This should be implemented on Xfire.
