Voice Amplification and Attenuation

I'm sure it's been requested before, but I didn't see anything within a few pages of the beginning or a search tool, but I'd like to request that volume controls be added to the client to allow individual users to amplify or attenuate the volume of others (these changes should all be client-side, not admin controlled). My guild has been using voice chat lately and some users are simply too quiet, although they've got their mic volume turned up as much as they can on their end, and there's a couple that come over way too loud sometimes. This is one of the biggest reasons some users are jumping ship to Ventrilo despite the wealth of superior features in Xfire...

I completely agree with this. We all like Xfire, but My group and I have been talking about moving over to Ventrilo quite a lot recently just so that we can have this feature.
