Looking for a clan. I own a dedicated server.

Well I've lost track of how many times I've done this and how many hours total I've played. (I've had more then one name), but here I am looking out for a clan that meets this criteria:

1. Small, and well organized. 10 or less members is preferred, as I like to be with groups from the start to help them grow.
2.Friendly, and Respectful. Trash talk and Clan Rivalries are fine, but there is a limit with me.
3. I MUST speak with the leader of the clan before I agree to anything.

Now here is a resume of sorts for me:

I have been in 21 Different Halo Based Clans over the years and have lead many of these. Some notable ones being:

The original [R] Rage Clan, 50+ member clan specializing in server ambushing and general Chaos. I served as 2nd in command.

Lead $D|R clan, a Halo 3 based clan on Xbox live, though smaller in size.

Member of Night Shade Recon, a 4 man clan that did serious damage in Custom Edition.

Co-leader of Screaming Mechanical Brain. Clan of 24.

Many Many more.

I also own my own dedicated Server (No it is not a home dedi)68.232.178.125 I also know how to set up Rock The Vote, Admins, and everything made by Goemitar.

In short, I can bring a lot to a clan and interested leaders may add me and message me at anytime.

There are quite a few active clans still running. Realworld doesn't fit your hopes of 10 or less members but there aren't many succesful new clans out there. I run a clan of 12 members but it's a roleplaying clan and I'm not sure if you like roleplaying or not?

If you're a roleplayer, add me ( garagorn888 ) and I'll discuss the small rp alliance we've got running on Halo at the moment with quite a few clans participating.

If you're a ctf/slayer/koth/etc player, you should join Realworld, a massive clan that has halorank installed on it's servers. I'm afraid I don't know of any active small clans. http://www.realworldce.com/
