To use a skin that is not in Xfire's download section you need to find out which operating system you have and what the bits of it is.

Win XP 32 bit: C:\Program Files\Xfire\Skins

Win XP 64 bit: C:\Program Files(x86)\Xfire\Skins

Win Vista - Win 7: C:\ProgramData\Xfire\Skins

Keep the skin into the ZIP file

If u downloaded the skin u just go to Tools > Skin > and choose the skin u want..

Only if you download it through Xfire. You also may have to restart Xfire.

If you download via Xfire the skin would go to the correct directory automatically and your skin list is updated right away.

If you install a skin manually, you just have to reload the current skin you are using and once it's done loading go to Tools > Skins and your skin you just installed would appear in the list. No need to restart the whole app.
