Email support just doesn't exist really.

Unfortunately you need to update it manually.

If you have the Deluxe version then patch 1.40 is already installed so you only need to install 1.50. Any other version you will have to ask on EA forum as i have no idea which order to install the patches.

Please note that the 1.51 patch won't be much good for you at the moment because it has just been released and none of the popular servers are currently using it. So wait a few weeks before installing that one.

The game was great some years ago, stop crying if you cant manually solve your problems with the game and buy a new one instead.

if you wont be able to update it then you should consider to buy console for games and dont blame great game for taht you just dont know how to figure simple things out.
