I got the book Ghosts of Ascalon last week and am already halfway through it. So far it's pretty good. There are a few small hickups I thought since I have never heard of "runes grinding" but other than that I have liked it.

I was not impressed with Ghosts of Ascalon, it's really only for players of the series.
Now Edge of Destiny on the other hand was FANTASTIC.
Can't wait until the third one comes out.
I though their was only going to be 2 books?
I'm not crazy about the first one, I'm sick and tired of reading "Shrug". It's an easy read, it's mostly fun 'cause I know what their talking about. .. I'm a slow reader I'll probably finish it just before GW2 comes out. (chapter 10 atm)
my dad grabbed ghosts from the library, he enjoyed it.
I thought it was hilarious though, just walked into his room and saw him reading it and was all "wtf videogamebook"
I had to replay the proph and eotn campaign so he could get the background.

he took it back without letting me read it though, no way in hell am I paying $10 for a book I'm only going to read once.
Politics and everything else always comes down to personal opinion, fists, and which way the guns are pointing. But in the end it doesn\'t matter, because the same assholes will be pissing on you no matter what their name tags say.
