Patches have been released. They do not intend to port any of the old content over, however we may get some surprises in that regard. Version 2.8 took years of development and was a good game. It will take some time to get 3.0 to the place that 2.8 was, however I'm told it isn't expected to take as long. We'll just have to see about that.

aa2 was better all round i still cant figure why there is no blood, its hard to tell when you have hit somebody, plus i find it can take over 5 shots to bring someone down..... sucks tbh
Ye the armor kicks in. I read one takes 1-2 bullets in the stomach or w/e before he takes damage. Not sure if it's necessarily 1-2 but it can be 1 bullet to the head or maybe one in the back, idk exactly. Though I like the fact that body armor / helmet really protect you to an extent.
OP give a aa3 a try, it's much better now.
