I do not like this one. Sure, the reaper rush is gone, and now reapers are used for taking out unguarded expansions (like they were intended), but they also nerfed ALL of Terran's infantry (and therefore the rest of its army). Nexus(s) now have 500 more hp than hatcheries or CC's. Medivacs now are useless for transport, only scouting or healing.
Thors and Corruptors lose their energy. For Thors, this doesn't effect them, since the range of the special made it useless for anything but immortals, but now Feedback won't work on either Thors or Corruptors.
At first, I did a happy dance when I saw Void Rays got nerfed, but then I read this:

Now Void Rays are more effective against their counters, but slower... great...
The only things I'm happy about are the buffs for Zerg.
