Stacraft 2 + Xfire = Framedrop

Hi everyone,

first, this is my system:

Intel Q6600
ATi HD4850 1024 MB
64 GB SSD Samsung
6 GB TakeMS RAM

I play in Ultra-Mode with about 35 - 45 fps.

The problem is, as soon as I want to play Stacraft II with xfire active, I only have about 10 - 20 fps, so when I use xfire, I have ~20 fps less as when I play without xfire.

Is that a common bug? Also xfire needs ~ 1,5 - 2 GB extra ram, so my system ram is filled up to 5,4, without xfire about 3 - 4 GB.

Can anyone help me?
