    Multiplayer problems

    Hi everyone,

    I'm having a little problem with the muliplayer mode of Quake 3 Arena. There are a terrible lot of servers on the serverlist that show up with 'q3ut4' wrote behind them. And when I try to connect to those servers my game just suddenly disconnects and asks me for a new CD key...

    When I press esc it then tells me 'User interface is version 3, expected 6'.

    Please speak up if you know what I'm doing wrong here. xD

    Maybe update to version 6? Does it have an update exe in the Quake 3 folder?

    No. The latest patch is 1.32, which I have. But I did found a folder in the installation dictionary called 'q3ut4'. It contains a CFG-file, but I can't do anything special with it...

    do you have auto downloading enabled? might not matter if the server doesnt allow it. ut is a separate mod for q3, you would have to find the mod and download it...should be a .exe file so not too hard.
