Hi, i just sent to NCsoft to get back my PlayNC master account to get my guild wars account which seems to have been hacked yesterday due to the reset password email i got from NC, i sended all information NCsoft wanted, such as my serial keys for guild wars, and now they have just sent my message to different support teams with no answers only saying they are redirecting to another support team, how long can this take?

I would say up to two or three days. I havn't had to deal with ncsoft support but that's how much time I tend to expect things of the sort to take becuase you can never tell just how busy the people are.

Lol, i've heard really bad things about KISS in-game. Are they all Pr*cks?
Just with them saying they've got loads of members,guilds etc i would assume they would set an example however, power does distort peoples minds.
I don't know much about KISS other than the fact that they pulled the same thing as Army of Korthos(a DDO guild on the Argonessan server).
Basically, they did everything... all the way down to randomly inviting non-guilded players without even asking first for recruiting. Guilds like that always focus on getting the highest number of people without regards to how it's done or what kind of people they are bringing in. As such I wouldn't be surprised if what you heard is true as I would assume you would either get that or what AoK did in being regarded as a conglomerate of extremely sub-par players.
Having a lot of people can be a boon but there are some forms of recruiting that honestly should be avoided for this reason. That's my take on it anyways.

laziest company ever.during in-game experience the staff can't solve any issue and its ticketing system fail.. they will just recognize you if your listed in the high spender list. suck but true
