Xfire Acceptable Use Policy

It would seem that with certain events that have been happening on these boards that an Acceptable Use Policy needs to go into effect. You can view our Acceptable Use Policy by clicking on any of the Acceptable Use Policy links (redundant enough?).

We strongly encourage that you read our Acceptable Use Policy in it’s entirety as soon as possible. We are very serious when we say that violators of the Acceptable Use Policy will not be tolerated.

We for the most part wanted to let everyone use these boards freely with the intention that everyone would behave in a mature and proper manner, because hey, we all are gamers. We all love to play games, we all love to play games with or against others, and all have common interests in this area. As of late however, there have just been too many acts of blatant disrespect on these boards. We are tired of it. Every time I or Bazman (other admins too) have to stop and warn people about their behavior is time taken away from certain areas of development for Xfire.

a user called ytguy keeps spamming me and my freinds please ban him he will not stop and i can no longer acsess my WoW account. was it him? i don't know.

yea, but it saves him cash by not upgrading to vista, and other things to ban: we know what spam is, but when posts are one word long, like word, or indeed, or cool, then its just a lame way of upping ur posts. they should be banned, or posts deleted!
