Botters... It's all about botters. On every server on every place. Bots.

Nowdays you can't do quests because the mobs are instakilled by a army of same looking players with same weapons and with names like: jghsfklgsf, asdfsdfg, yjghsdfsd etc etc...

You can't get into the servers due to bots.

The gameplay is ruined because of them. I would really love this game if all those problems would be solved, but Joymax just won't do anything about it. They need permanent IP bans for the bots or a system that completely prevents using them.

But it's a free game so why would they care? I think they are making money from the bots and don't care a bit about the players.

The forums are filled with complaints about the bots, and admins/GM's don't even bother answering them.

I still play this game due to the some good players that still play without cheating, botting, exploiting, but something needs to be done or the game will end up: R.I.P

:shock: whoa~ That's exactly the same thing my bro said~ the thing with Joymax making money off those bots...I really, really, really, really, hope they will do something soon~ It's not fair that the good players have to struggle so much just to lvl up and the people who bots don't have to do anything, and I don't see why they play, they're wasting their time :x Bunch of idiots if u ask me :wink:

I hope the bot guilds go away too, especially old_gt and JiangHu. those guilds are annoying and they bot like crazy!

Thats why I stopped playng the game, actually moving back to FLyff and Repellz :lol:. Silkroad Online Can Never be restored, the Botted characters have officially gotten away with it -.- .

The game is actually empty, 90% of the people are bots...
So getting my glavier str to 60 WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME !!!!!! :cry: :cry:

I just started playing the game and its not bad that bad yet, A new server opened up called Mercury yesterday so i've been playing on it. Although there are already guilds recruiting botters lol -_-

k you know what ive been through silkroad... i played it... ive botted it... ive gotten to the cap... ive played EURO and i now entirely regret wasting a year and a half of my life on THAT game
silkroad is an mmo and mmo's are very addictive for the simple reason that it is like having a second life
I was addicted to silkroad... I was addicted to botting on silkroad... I wanted to be the best... But after over 3000 hours botting/stalling/legitly playing I've come to a few conclusions
silkroads end-game is very dissapointing so even botting was a waste of time... and it wasnt even MY time... the only thing i got from botting was a higher level character that made me want to play more... and bot more... and get stronger... do you see a pattern here???
Silkroad can not be conquered without supporting joymax in 1 way or another... so what better way to make money than make a game that cant be beaten without either cheating or "special products" which both cost money?
look everyone out there that believes that silkroad will change is not exactly the smartest person in the world
silkroad will not change
silkroad will always have bots
silkroad exists (as do all games) to make money
silkroad is dieing
silkroad will not get better
all in all silkroad has passed its peak profit point and is now on the downslope
I really wish i could some how transfer my dislike of silkroad to every person that plays it but it is not something i can express neither in words or any expression.
silkroad is a terrible game and I can only pray that it dies soon...
please quit this game

I agree with this guy lol..SRO is not fun to play anymore. Not even a F2P..its now P2P due to server traffic...you need to buy a premium in order to login to servers.

Hmm... How can I say it? Just because you got addicted, doesn't mean others are. So, basically, normal people don't have problem of "not being able" to stop play it. Again, just because you got addicted doesn't make the game terrible, it's actually great. Sure, Joymax is making money of it. Every company does, making money is the essence of every profession including game production. Joymax, is at least that fair, to provide free playing.
Now, considering the "death of Silkroad". Tell me how come all the servers are full all the time, even the new ones? And, yeah, not everybody on the server is actually a bot, though there are a lot of them.
Considering "for the advancement of the human race" - ROFL, LMFO; I needed a good laugh.
